1. I like it. Although I use vapegear, that's more for an advanced user, I'd use this one.
2. Pro - tiny and super carefree. Contra - so simple way to wash the tank; availability of the coils in a small market.
3. A newbie device is simple, hasslefree and easy to use. Like opening a pack of cigarettes and lighting up. With ~2ml liquid capacity to follow the regulations (but it gives the user the opportunity to change liquids mor often and try something new). Color and other beauty options are in the eye of the beholder. The Eleaf iCare could just be the one.
