We can ship to many countries, please check it in the product page you want. And we now support two types of delivery methods.

1.Standard Shipping - Free shipping for item amount over USD $ 20.00. Otherwise, you need to pay USD $ 3.00 for shipping fee.
2.Expedited Shipping - Less time consuming with more expenses. (Coming Soon ...)

Your parcel will be sent out with a tracking number, with which you can track your parcel all the way until it's delivered. Here are some tracking status that may lead to misunderstanding, we collect them below for you.

Departure from the outward office of exchange

Sometimes, you will only get one of this tracking status. Both of them means that you order "left China and in the way to destination country". For orders to smoke countries, those status are the last ones, the carrier will not update it anymore.

Held by Customs

Take it easy, it does not always mean that the customs will seize your parcel. It also means that your parcel is processing in customs now, it will release sooner or later.

Departure from the transit office of exchange
